Songshi has been criticized for its many errors due to its hasty completion and other reasons. Scholars of the past dynasties have made relatively rich achievements in the collation of Songshi. However, the proofreading is like sweeping away the dust. Through the comparison of versions and the investigation of historical sources and documents of the same origin, the paper discusses and corrects the errors of the 16 different names of people with strong fixity and uniqueness in the Benji and Zhi of Songshi.
