阿立哌唑联合团体生物反馈治疗精神分裂症的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合团体生物反馈治疗精神分裂的临床效果.方法:选取2021年12月至2022年12月本院收治的精神分裂症患者78例,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各39例,对照组给予口服阿立哌唑片,试验组在此基础上联合团体生物反馈治疗.比较两组血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平,比较两组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、精神分裂症认知成套测验(MCCB).结果:与治疗前相比,治疗3个月、6个月后两组BDNF、GDNF水平均提高,MBP水平降低,且试验组改变更显著(P<0.05);治疗3个月、6个月后两组PANSS评分较治疗前降低,MCCB评分较治疗前升高,且试验组变化更显著(P<0.05).结论:阿立哌唑联合团体生物反馈治疗可以改善患者的精神分裂症状,提高认知功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with group biofeedback in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated oral aripiprazole tablets,and the experimental group was combined with group biofeedback therapy on this basis.The serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),glial neurotrophic factor(GDNF)and serum myelin basic protein(MBP)were compared between the two groups.The positive and negative Symptom scales(PANSS)and the Schizophrenia Cognitive Battery(MCCB)were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of BDNFGDNF in both groups increased and the level of MBP in the experimental group increased significantly after 3 months and 6 months compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the PANSS score of the two groups was higher than that of the MCCB score before treatment,and the change was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with group biofeedback therapy can improve the symptoms and cognitive function of schizophrenia.
