益气解毒丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床观察

摘要
[目的]观察益气解毒丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的疗效.[方法]采用随机数字表法将100例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝胆湿热型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例.对照组口服甘利欣胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d;维生素C片,2片/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气解毒丸,6g/次,3次/d.2组均以3个月为1个疗程,共2个疗程.观察患者胁肋胀痛、纳呆呕恶、厌油腻、身目发黄、小便黄、舌苔黄腻等症状,并于治疗前后检测患者肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物.[结果](1)治疗后,治疗组的临床症状体征改善情况均有优于对照组趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).(2)治疗组的临床总疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05). (3)治疗组的各项肝功能指标改善和乙肝病毒标志物转阴率均有优于对照组趋势,但2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).[结论]益气解毒丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效确切.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Jiedu Pills in treating chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods One hundred patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were equally randomized into treatment group and control group by the random number.Both groups were given oral use of diammonium glycyrrhizinate Capsules (3 capsules per time,three times per day) and Vitamin C tablets (2 tablets per time,3 times per day),and the treatment group received oral use of Yiqi Jiedu Pills (6 g per time,three times per day).Three months constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted 2 courses.The changes of symptoms and signs of hypochondriac distending pain,poor appetite,vomiting,disliking oily food,yellowish skin and eyes,yellowish urine,and yellowish and greasy tongue coating were observed.Meanwhile,the hepatic function and hepatitis virus B (HBV) markers were examined before and after the treatment.Results The relief of clinical signs and symptoms in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,but the difference was insignificant (P＞0.05).The general effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The liver function normalization rate and rate of HBV markers turning negative showed a decreasing trend in the treatment group (P＞0.05 compared with those in the control group).Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu Pills has certain effect in treating chronic viral hepatitis B.
