整理国医大师邓铁涛教授"脾胃虚损,五脏相关"思路指导下的重症肌无力诊治实践,评述肌病学科的传承与发展.认为"脾胃虚损"能够阐述重症肌无力患者的功能与形体受到损害的本质,"五脏相关"理论具有确立重症肌无力中医诊断与用药模式、促进重症肌无力辨证分型与个体案例结合、诠释痿病类证并指导方药拟定的优势."五脏相关"不是单纯依靠五行相生相克理论推导出来的关系,而是中医在长期临床实践中总结出来的关系;"五脏相关"理论能阐释当下重症肌无力的亚组分类,指导其精准靶向药物治疗.中医之创新,有赖于新的科学技术,中医药干预重症肌无力及其他罕见肌病所取得的疗效及理论表述,又将推动新科学技术高质量发展,即中医学术传承与发展需"吸取西医新知,弘扬中医优势".
Academic Inheritance and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master DENG Tie-Tao's Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis
The author reviewed the practice in the diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG)under the guidance of thoughts of'spleen-stomach deficiency and depletion,five-viscus correlation'advocated by Professor DENG Tie-Tao,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master,and commented on the inheritance and development of MG.It is believed that'spleen-stomach deficiency and depletion'can explain the essence of the functional and physical damage of MG patients,and the theory of'five-viscus correlation'has the advantages of defining the TCM diagnosis and medication mode of MG,promoting the development of MG syndrome classification and the differentiation of individual case,interpreting atrophy-flaccidity associated syndrome and guiding the formulation of prescriptions.The'five-viscus correlation'is not just a kind of relationship derived from the mutual promotion and mutual restriction of the five elements,while it is the relationship obtained after long-term clinical TCM practice.The theory of'five-viscus correlation'can expound the current subgroup classification of MG and guide its precise target therapy.The innovation of TCM depends on new science and technology,and the curative effect and theoretical expression of TCM intervention of MG and other rare myopathy will promote the high-quality development of new science and technology,that is,the academic inheritance and development of TCM need to absorb new knowledge of western medicine and promote the advantages of TCM.
