The English system in information system has the characters of word inherent law,which can handle three kinds of words,correct,present mistake but future correct,and forever mistakes.However,because violating word inherent endless and orderly law,the Chinese system can not handle all Chinese characters.Theory and reality require it must be able to handle all Chinese characters.So,there are some fundamental differences.The patent,Endless and orderly character set Chinese complete character set method and system,which was applied in 1997 and authorized in 2003,can solve these problems.
