摘要

提出了一种新型的沥青胶浆承力性能定量评价方法,并应用于不同改性剂掺量和不同温度对高粘沥青胶浆静态承力性能的影响.结果表明:加入高粘材料后,胶浆的抗压强度和抗压模量分别提升了35.97%和14.12%,抗拉强度和抗拉模量均提升了一倍以上,且新方法与沥青混合料中沥青胶浆的状态一致,具有较高的准确性;随着改性剂掺量的增加,SBS沥青胶浆的抗压强度极限和弹性模量先增加后减小,高粘沥青胶浆抗压强度极限和弹性模量持续增加,2种沥青胶浆展现出不同的变化规律;当温度升高后,高粘沥青胶浆的强度极限和弹性模量下降较小,分别为56.46%和38.21%.

Abstract

In the report,a new quantitative evaluation method for the load-bearing properties of asphalt mortar was proposed,and which was used for analyzing the effects of different modifier dosage and temperature on the static load-bearing properties of high viscosity asphalt mortar.The results showed that after the high viscosity ma-terials are added,the compressive strength and compressive modulus of the mortar are increased by 35.97%and 14.12%,respectively,and the tensile strength and tensile modulus are increased by more than double.The new method was consistent with the state of asphalt mortar in asphalt mixture,and whose accuracy is high.With the increase of the modifier content,the compressive strength limit and elastic modulus of SBS asphalt mortar in-creased firstly and then decreased,while the compressive strength limit and elastic modulus of high viscosity as-phalt mortar continued to increase,and the two-asphalt mortar showed the different changing rules.When the temperature increased,the strength limit and elastic modulus of the high viscosity asphalt mortar decreased slightly,which were 56.46%and 38.21%,respectively.
