新型预制装配式RCS组合框架节点抗震性能

提出一种新型预制装配式钢筋混凝土柱-钢梁(RCS)组合框架节点,阐述了其构造形式与工作机理.为研究其力学性能,设计并制作了一个该类型的足尺试件,对其施加低周反复荷载,观察加载过程中试件的破坏特性,并分析研究该节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线及应变变化规律.实验结果表明试件的破坏状态为梁端破坏,符合"强柱弱梁"的抗震设计要求,在整个加载过程中节点域柱间的连接焊缝并未发生屈服,上下预制柱表面的混凝土没有裂缝产生.在实验基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立试件三维模型,并对其进行了变参数分析.结果表明,节点的承载力及刚度均随着箍板厚度的增加而增大,且相较于改变内隔板的厚度,增加箍板厚度能够更有效提高节点的性能.
Seismic performance of new prefabricated RCS composite frame connections
In the report,a new type of prefabricated reinforced concrete column-steel beam(RCS)composite frame connection was proposed,of which the configuration form and work mechanism was elucidated.In order to study the hysteretic performance,a full-scale connection specimen was designed and manufactured,the low cycle reversed loading tests were performed to observe the deformation characteristics of the connection during the loading process,and the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve and strain variation law of the node were analyzed.The results indicated that the failure state of the experiment is the failure of beam end,which meets the seismic design requirements of strong columns and weak beams,there are no the intercolumn weld in the connection dur-ing the entire loading process,and there are no cracks observed in the concrete on the surface of the upper and lower prefabricated columns.Based on the test data,ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the specimen,and the variable parameters were analyzed.Our findings suggested that with the increase of the thickness of the hoop plate,both the bearing capacity and stiffness of the connection increase,and compared with changing the thickness of the inner plate,increasing the thickness of the hoop plate can improve the performance of the connection more effectively.
