海南垦地共建型特色小镇空间布局优化

摘要
海南垦区内农场与地方行政区域毗邻、交错,形成了一系列复杂的空间与管理关系,垦地之间出现诸多问题,如垦地产业分工协作不足、医疗与教育等基础设施分布不均、要素流动性差等.以垦地共建型特色小镇——文儒特色小镇为研究对象,从道路系统和用地布局2个方面出发,对文儒特色小镇空间布局优化进行研究.针对存在的道路系统不完善、支路密度低、垦地片区路网结构不均衡、用地较为分散和设施布局不合理等问题分别对道路系统和用地布局提出优化调整建议,以加强文儒特色小镇垦地之间的整体性,实现垦地共建.
Abstract
The interlocking and adjacent farms and local administrative areas in Hainan Reclamation have formed a series of complex spatial and management relationships,resulting in a number of problems.In this paper,the spatial layout optimi-zation of Wenru characteristic town,one of the characteristic towns jointly built by the reclaimed land,was studied from two aspects,road system and land layout.The road system and site layout were optimized and adjusted for the problems of im-perfect road system,low density of branch roads,unbalanced road network structure in the land reclamation area,scattered sites and unreasonable layout of facilities,so as to strengthen the integrity of the land reclamation in Wenru characteristic town and realize the joint construction of land reclamation.
