Research Progress of Deep-red to Near-infrared Light-emitting Materials Based on Organic Cyclometalated Platinum(Ⅱ)Complexes
In recent years, the design and synthesis of near-infrared light-emitting materials have attracted more and more attention, and these materials have broad application prospects in the fields of military industry, aerospace, lighting, display and wearable devices.Because it was found that electrons in transition metal complexes produce phosphorescence, and singlet and triplet excitons can be used simultaneously through spin-orbit coupling, the internal quantum efficiency of devices can reach 100%,so transition metal complex electroluminescent materials have become a research hotspot.Among them, organic cyclometalated platinum(Ⅱ)complexes have good luminous efficiency and thermal stability, and the lumi-nescent color can be adjusted in multiple colors, which have been widely used in electroluminescent devices. This paper summarized the research progress of deep red to near-infrared organic light-emitting materials based on platinum(Ⅱ)com-plexes in recent years, and provided a certain reference for the further design and synthesis of near-infrared organic cyclo-metalated platinum(Ⅱ)complex light-emitting materials with superior performance.
