毛姜花中半日花烷型二萜的分离与鉴定

毛姜花(Hedychium villosum Wall)根茎粉碎后用工业甲醇浸提,浸提物用乙酸乙酯-水萃取.采用正反相硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析和HPLC层析等分离技术,通过NMR等方法对乙酸乙酯浸膏中的化学成分进行分离鉴定,得到5个半日花烷型二萜化合物,分别是hedychenone(1)、yunnancoronarin D(2)、coronarin A(3)、yunnancoronarin A(4)和yunnancoronarin E(5),均为首次从毛姜花中分离得到.
Isolation and Identification of Labdane Diterpenoids in Hedychium villosum Wall
The rhizome of Hedychium villosum were extracted repeatedly with methanol.The extract was partitioned be-tween EtOAC and H2O.Five labdane diterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract by a variety of separation methods(Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC).By means of spectroscopic analysis,the com-pounds were identified as hedychenone(1),yunnancoronarin D(2),coronarin A(3),yunnancoronarin A(4)and yunnancoro-narin E(5).All compounds were isolated from H.villosum for the first time.
