Stability Analysis of Fractional Order Time-delay Ecological Epidemiological Model with Stage Structure
In this paper, the stability and the conditions for the generation of Hopf bifurcation of a fractional order time-de-lay eco-epidemiological model with stage structure are studied, and the impact of time delay on the stability of the model when the predator is pregnant is discussed.By calculating the characteristic roots of the characteristic equation and apply-ing Routh-Hurwitz criterion, the local asymptotically stability of the predator extinction equilibrium point, the disease-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point is proved,The sufficient conditions of Hopf bifurcational near the endemic equilibrium point is discussed by using bifurcation theory. Finally, the accuracy of the theoretical derivation is verified by numerical simulation results.
