The Construction and Application of a Preference Extraction Model under the Environment of Complex Spherical Fuzzy
Due to the increasingly complex decision-making environment, the preference information of experts and criteria is becoming more and more important in the decision-making process. Therefore,in order to deal with the decision-making information better and more objectively,a new preference extraction method of complex spherical fuzzy numbers is proposed and applied to multi-criteria decision-making problems.Firstly, aiming at the problem that the scores of two different complex spherical fuzzy numbers are the same in special cases,an improved scoring function with better distinguishing effect is proposed, and some related properties are proved.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings of expert preference and criterion preference in previous studies,a nonlinear programming based on complex spherical fuzzy number new distance function and expert consistency is proposed to objectively extract the preference information of experts and criteria, and it is used with the improved score function for MARCOS method to sort the schemes. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and the objectivity of extracting preference information by nonlinear programming are illustrated by an advertising delivery intention crowd selection problem.
