Formation Path of Fitness Club Competitiveness in Fuzhou Based on Customer Perceived Value
Taking health clubs in Fuzhou as the research object,based on the theory of customer perceived value,fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)was used to analyze the formation path of health club competitiveness.The results show that:(1)the formation of fitness club competitiveness is affected by functional value,economic value and emotional value;(2)fitness club competitiveness has"functional value+economic value"type,"economic value+emotional value"type,"functional value+emotional value"type three formation paths,the transformation of relevant business concepts is not only conducive to promoting the continuous improvement of the competitiveness of health clubs in Fuzhou,and breaking the deadlock of the homogenization of health club services,but also will have a positive effect on the sustainable and stable development of the sports industry in Fuzhou.
