摘要
目的:分析异位妊娠超声图像特点及阴道超声(TVS)联合腹部超声(TAS)诊断异位妊娠的价值.方法:回顾性分析100例宫外孕患者的超声影像学资料,观察异位妊娠超声图像特点,与病理学对比,分析TVA联合TAS诊断异位妊娠的优势.结果:(1)孕囊超声表现为胎囊型38例,包块型55例,盆腔积液型27例.(2) TVS联合TAS检查≤2 cm孕囊检出率为100.00%,明显高于单纯TVS、TAS检查的81.82%、68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3) TVS联合TAS检查输卵管壶腹妊娠、宫角妊娠、宫颈妊娠、卵巢妊娠检出率均为100.00%,单纯TVS检出率分别为94.67%、92.00%、100.00%、50.00%,单纯TAS检出率均分别为96.00%、53.85%、50.00%、100.00%,TVS联合TAS检查宫角妊娠、宫颈妊娠检出率显著高于单纯TAS检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:异位妊娠超声图像表现呈多样化,TVS联合TAS可提供异位妊娠检出率.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound image and value of vaginal ultrasound (TVS) combined with abdominal ultrasound (TAS) in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Ultrasound imaging data of 100 cases with ectopic pregnancy were retrospective analyzed,features of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound image were observed,and compared with pathology,to analyze the advantages of TVS combined with TAS in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Results:Gestational sac ultrasonography showed 38 cases of sac type,55 cases of mass type,27 cases of pelvic fluid type.The detection rate of TVS combined with TAS to check the gestational sac ≤2 cm was 100%,significantly higher than 81.82%,68.18% of simple TVS,TAS inspection (P<0.05).The detection rate of TVS combined with TAS to check ampullary tubal pregnancy,uterine horn pregnancy,pregnancy,ovarian pregnancy were 94.67%,92.00%,100.00%,50.00%,the detection rate of simple TAS were 96.00%,53.85%,50.00%,100.00%,the detection rate of TVS combined with TAS to check uterine horn pregnancy,cervical pregnancy was significantly higher than simple TAS (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ectopic pregnancy ultrasound images show diversified,TVS combined with TAS can provide detection rate of ectopic pregnancy.
