摘要
线粒体自噬广泛存在于哺乳动物中,对于维持细胞中线粒体平衡、线粒体质量控制具有重要作用,本文通过检索近5年文献,综述BNIP3介导的线粒体自噬与疾病的研究进展,为临床诊疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Mitochondrial autophagy is widely found in mammals,and plays an important role in maintaining mitochondrial balance and mitochondrial quality control in cells.In this review,we reviewed the research progress of BNIP3-mediated mitochon-drial autophagy and diseases in recent 5 years,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
