摘要

随着糖尿病发病率的增加,糖尿病肾病(DKD)成为世界范围内慢性肾脏疾病和终末期肾脏疾病的主要原因.然而,目前的药物治疗以控制血糖和抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统为主,并不能有效防止DKD的进展.最近的研究表明,慢性低级别炎症和免疫系统的激活在DKD的发生和发展中起着至关重要的作用.了解DKD进展中的炎症级联及其机制将有助于识别新的潜在靶点,并有助于设计创新的基于抗炎的治疗策略.近年来,越来越多的证据表明,中药从治疗炎症方面可延缓终末期肾脏疾病的进展.本文基于炎症机制,综述了中药单体对DKD肾脏损伤相关的保护作用,为治疗炎症疾病的新药研发及相关机制研究提供了新的思路.

Abstract

With the increasing incidence of diabetes,diabetic kidney disease(DKD)has become the primary reason of chronic nephrosis and end-stage renal disease over the world.However,recent drugs,aiming to control the blood glucose level and inhibit the renin-angiotensin system,can't prevent the developing of DKD.Recent research has indicated that Chronic low-grade inflam-mation and activation of immune system play important role in occurrence and development of DKD.Understanding the inflamma-tory cascade in DKD progression and its mechanisms will help identify new potential targets and help design innovative anti-inflam-matory based therapeutic strategies.In recent years,more and more evidence has shown that traditional Chinese medicine can de-lay the progression of end-stage renal disease in the treatment of inflammation.Based on the mechanism of inflammation,we re-view the protective effects of TCM monomers DKD-induced kidney injury,which provides a new idea for the research and devel-opment of new drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and related mechanisms.
