中药单体基于炎症机制治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展

随着糖尿病发病率的增加,糖尿病肾病(DKD)成为世界范围内慢性肾脏疾病和终末期肾脏疾病的主要原因。然而,目前的药物治疗以控制血糖和抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统为主,并不能有效防止DKD的进展。最近的研究表明,慢性低级别炎症和免疫系统的激活在DKD的发生和发展中起着至关重要的作用。了解DKD进展中的炎症级联及其机制将有助于识别新的潜在靶点,并有助于设计创新的基于抗炎的治疗策略。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,中药从治疗炎症方面可延缓终末期肾脏疾病的进展。本文基于炎症机制,综述了中药单体对DKD肾脏损伤相关的保护作用,为治疗炎症疾病的新药研发及相关机制研究提供了新的思路。
Research progress of TCM monomer in treating diabetic kidney disease based on inflammatory mechanism
With the increasing incidence of diabetes,diabetic kidney disease(DKD)has become the primary reason of chronic nephrosis and end-stage renal disease over the world.However,recent drugs,aiming to control the blood glucose level and inhibit the renin-angiotensin system,can't prevent the developing of DKD.Recent research has indicated that Chronic low-grade inflam-mation and activation of immune system play important role in occurrence and development of DKD.Understanding the inflamma-tory cascade in DKD progression and its mechanisms will help identify new potential targets and help design innovative anti-inflam-matory based therapeutic strategies.In recent years,more and more evidence has shown that traditional Chinese medicine can de-lay the progression of end-stage renal disease in the treatment of inflammation.Based on the mechanism of inflammation,we re-view the protective effects of TCM monomers DKD-induced kidney injury,which provides a new idea for the research and devel-opment of new drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and related mechanisms.
