有氧糖酵解在阿尔茨海默病中的作用及中医药研究进展

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种不可逆的神经退行性疾病,其致病因素多样且发病机制复杂,以至于该病在全球有着很高的患病率和致死率。尽管现在的诊疗设备和药物研发与时俱进,但目前的医疗技术仍无法彻底治愈该病,因此深入探索AD的发病机制和治疗标靶意义重大。AD的病理过程中能量代谢障碍是其特征性改变之一,有氧糖酵解(AEG)是大脑中特殊的代谢途径,可通过快速消耗葡萄糖产生神经元所需能量和底物,改善突触可塑性、神经炎症和氧化损伤,有助于记忆与认知功能的恢复。近年许多文献相继报道了AEG在AD中的作用机制及中医药对该机制的干预研究。本文旨在综述AEG在AD中的作用及中医药调控AEG治疗AD的相关研究,以期为未来中医药防治AD提供参考与思路。
Role of aerobic glycolysis in alzheimer's disease and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is an irreversible neurodegenerative disease with a variety of pathogenic factors and com-plex pathogenesis,so that the disease has a high prevalence and mortality in the world.Although the current diagnosis and treat-ment equipment and drug research and development keep pace with the times,the current medical technology still can not com-pletely cure the disease,so it is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis and treatment target of AD.The disorder of ener-gy metabolism is one of the characteristic changes in the pathological process of AD.Aerobic glycolysis(AEG)is a special meta-bolic pathway in the brain,which can rapidly consume glucose to produce energy and substrate for neurons,improve synaptic plas-ticity,neuroinflammation and oxidative damage,and contribute to the recovery of memory and cognitive function.In recent years,many literatures have reported the mechanism of AEG in AD and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on this mecha-nism.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the role of AEG in AD and the related research on the regulation and control of AEG in the treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treat-ment of AD with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
