Progress of JAK inhibitors in the therapy of Psoriasis Arthritis
Psoriasis arthritis(PsA)is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with psoriasis. The Janus kinase(JAK)-activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of PsA.JAK inhibitors have potential therapeutic value because they block the JAK-STAT signaling pathway and reduce the production and release of various cytokines.Currently,a variety of JAK inhibitors have been developed, and prospective clinical trials have been completed with JAK inhibi-tors for PsA treatment. This article reviews the research progress of JAK inhibitors in the treatment of PsA.
