细胞焦亡在糖尿病创面愈合中的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病创面是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,具有迁延难愈的特点,严重者将使患者面临截肢的风险,如何有效地管理和治疗糖尿病慢性难愈合创面已成为亟需解决的难题.焦亡是一种炎症类型的程序性细胞死亡,通常由炎症小体引发,焦亡驱动的细胞死亡过程主要由半胱天冬酶-1引起的传统信号通路和半胱天冬酶-4/5/11诱导的非经典信号通路介导.许多证据表明,细胞焦亡在糖尿病创面愈合过程中扮演着极其重要的作用,本文综述了近年来细胞焦亡相关信号通路的机制及其对糖尿病创面的影响,以期指导糖尿病难愈合创面的临床治疗和机制研究.
Abstract
Diabetic wound is one of the common complications of diabetes.It has the characteristics of protracted and re-fractory to care.In severe cases,patients will face the risk of amputation.How to effectively manage and treat diabetic chronic re-fractory wounds has become an urgent problem to be solved.Pyroptosis is an inflammatory type of programmed cell death,usually triggered by inflammasomes.Pyroptosis-driven cell death is mainly mediated by the traditional signaling pathway induced by cas-pase-1 and the non-classical signaling pathway induced by caspase-4/5/11.Many evidences have shown that pyroptosis plays an ex-tremely important role in the healing process of diabetic wounds.This article reviews the mechanisms of pyroptosis-related signal-ing pathways and their effects on diabetic wounds in recent years,in order to guide the clinical treatment and mechanism research of diabetic refractory wounds.
