经典名方地黄饮子治疗帕金森病研究进展

摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见于中老年人群的中枢神经退行性疾病.该病病程漫长,病因复杂且治疗困难,给患者及家庭带来了巨大的负担.目前,PD临床治疗药物存在一定的局限性,而经典名方地黄饮子在防治PD方面取得了一定的突破.本文从地黄饮子治疗PD的临床应用和实验药理研究等方面进行了综述,以期为更好地应用地黄饮子防治PD提供理论依据.
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common degenerative disease of the central nervous system in middle-aged and elder-ly people.The disease has a long course,complex etiology and difficult treatment,which brings a huge burden to patients and their families.At present,there are some limitations in the clinical treatment of PD,and the classical prescription Dihuang Yinzi has made some breakthroughs in the prevention and treatment of PD.This article reviews the clinical application and experimental pharmacological research of Dihuang Yinzi in the treatment of PD,in order to provide a theoretical basis for better application of Dihuang Yinzi in the prevention and treatment of PD.
