m6A修饰与肿瘤免疫逃逸的研究进展

RNA的N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)修饰是真核生物mRNA中最常见的内部表观遗传修饰方式,已被认为是肿瘤和免疫系统的关键调节因子,可广泛参与肿瘤治疗抵抗、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤免疫逃逸(TIE)和肿瘤代谢的调节,但m6A修饰与TIE具体调控机制尚需进一步探究,主要可能通过直接调节免疫细胞或间接调节肿瘤细胞影响免疫反应发挥TIE调节剂作用,本文就m6A修饰在TIE过程中可能发挥的作用机制进行综述,旨在为m6A修饰及相关调节剂在肿瘤免疫治疗中的提供参考。
Research progress of m6A modification and tumor immune escape
N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification of RNA is the most common internal epigenetic modification mode in eu-karyotic mRNA,has been recognized as a key regulator of tumor and immune system,which is widely involved in the regulation of tumor treatment resistance,tumor microenvironment,tumor immune escape,and tumor metabolism.The specific regulatory mechanisms of m6A modification and tumor immune escape need to be further explored,mainly through direct regulation of im-mune cells or indirect regulation of tumor cells to affect the immune response and play a role as a regulator of tumor immune es-cape.This paper reviews the possible mechanisms of m6A modification in the process of tumor immune escape,which is to im-prove the application prospect of m6A modification and related modulators in tumor immunotherapy.
