牙周致病菌与脑梗死关联机制的研究

摘要
牙周炎是一种由多种微生物生态失调引起的慢性炎症性疾病,与心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)存在关联,可能的生物学机制是牙周炎释放的炎症介质进入血流,引起全身性低度慢性炎症;牙周致病菌与高血压、动脉粥样硬化的发生关系密切,进一步导致脑梗死的发展.牙周致病菌与脑梗死的发生、发展及预后息息相关.本文阐述了牙周炎与脑梗死之间的关系,探讨了牙周致病菌影响脑梗死的可能机制,为牙周炎与心脑血管疾病之间相互作用的进一步研究带来考量.
Abstract
Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by a variety of microbial ecological disorders,which is associ-ated with cardiovascular disease.The possible biological mechanism is that inflammatory mediators released by periodontitis enter the bloodstream and cause systemic low-grade chronic inflammation.Periodontal pathogens are closely related to the occurrence of hypertension and atherosclerosis,which further leads to the development of cerebral infarction.Periodontal pathogens are closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cerebral infarction.This paper describes the relationship between peri-odontitis and cerebral infarction,and probes into the possible mechanism of periodontal pathogenic bacteria affecting cerebral infarc-tion,which brings consideration to the further study of the interaction between periodontitis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
