聚花过路黄不同部位提取物体外抑菌活性的研究1

目的:探讨聚花过路黄( Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl.)不同部位提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、藤黄球菌、黑曲霉、白色念珠菌的体外抑菌活性。方法将聚花过路黄的茎和叶,采用不同的溶剂,分别利用超声和索氏提取的方法提取,并用不同的萃取物萃取,得到的不同提取物分别用滤纸片扩散法测定细菌活性,用生长速率法测定抑菌真菌活性。结果聚花过路黄提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、藤黄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.8g· mL -1、1.0g· mL -1、0.8g· mL -1,最小杀菌浓度均为1g· mL-1,但对大肠杆菌、黑曲霉无效;65%乙醇提取物的抑菌效果最佳。结论聚花过路黄的叶和茎均具有抑菌活性;抑菌成分易溶于中等极性溶剂,但具体的抑菌活性成分需要进一步研究。
Studies on Antibacterial and Antifungal Activity of Extracts from Different Parts of Lysimachia Congestiflora Hemsl.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity of extracts from different parts of Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl.onStaphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus lu-teus,Aspergillus niger,Candida albicans.METHODS Different solvents,and extraction methods ( ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction) were used to extract the stems and leaves of Lysimachia congestiflora.The different extracts ob-tained were used for determination of bacterial activity by filter paper diffusion method,antifungal fungi activity by growth rate method,respectively.RESULTS The minimum inhibitory concentration of the extracts of Lysimachia congestiflora on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus luteus were 0.8g· mL-1,1.0g· mL-1,0.8g · mL-1 respectively,the minimum bactericidal concentration of them were 1g· mL -1,but they have no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Aspergillus niger;The antibacterial effect of 65% ethanol extract was the best.CONCLUSION The leaves and stems of Lysimachia congestiflora all have antibacterial and antifungal activi-ty.The antibacterial and antifungal compounds are soluble in moderately polar solvents,but the more study is needed to confirm the active ingredients.
