Simultaneous Determination of Isofraxidin, Rosmarinic Acid and Chloro-genic Acid in Shenghong Qingyan Buccal Tablets by HPLC
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for Simultaneous determination of isofraxidin,rosmarin-ic! acid and chlorogenic acid in Shenghong Qingyan Buccal tablets.METHODS The DIKMA Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) and 0.2%phosphoric acid solution (B) in a gradient elution (0~8min,15%A;8~20min,15%A~18%A;20~25min,18%A~22%A;25~40min,22%A;40~50min,22%A~25%A;50~60min,25%A~55%A) ,ata flow rate of 1.0 mL· min -1 and at 30℃ of col-umn temperature.The detection wavelength was 334 nm.RESULTS The Calibration curves of isofraxidin,rosmarin-ic acid and chlorogenic acidwere in good linearity over 11.70~234.00μg· mL-1 ( r=0.9998) ,13.58~271.60μg · mL-1 ( r =0.9999 ) , 5.66 ~113.12μg · mL-1 ( r =0.9999 ) , respectively.Their average recoveries were 100.17%~100.81%, ( RSD 1.31%,-1.43%, n=9 ) .CONCLUSION This method was accurate, simple and sensitive and can effectively control the quality ofShenghong Qingyan Buccal tablets.
