Based on the Network Pharmacology to Explore the Mechanism of Anal-gesic Action of She Medicine Clematis florida var.flore-pleno
OBJECTIVE To explore the active ingredients and possible action mechanism of She medicine"Clematis florida var.flore-pleno"through network pharmacology methods.METHODS The TCMSP database was used to screen the activities of the known chemical components and collect the relevant targets,pain-related targets were collected using the GeneCards database and the DisGeNET database, the Venny website was used to select the intersection genes as a potential target of analgesic effect in She medicine Clematis florida var.flore-pleno;Building active component-target network with Cytoscape software, building PPI network by STRING database, performing GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of She medicine Clematis florida var.flore-pleno potential targets by David 6.8 database, and component-target-signaling pathway network was constructed using Cytoscape soft-ware.RESULTS Network analysis identified 11 compounds with 24 target genes and analgesia, and the core genes of protein interaction network were ACTB,NOS 3,CASP 3,PTGS 2,RELA and PPARA.The core pathways identified by KEGG mainly included non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, etc.CONCLUSION She medicine Clematis florida var.flore-pleno may play analgesic effects on inflammation, cancer and neuropathic pain through the interaction of multiple targets and multiple signal path-ways.It can provide a basis for the next experimental research.
