《红楼梦》蔷薇硝的本草考证

曹雪芹在《红楼梦》中对清代中医药文化有不少描写,自拟方多个,涉及内外妇儿多科,其中蔷薇硝为外用制剂之一.尽管已有文献对蔷薇硝的原料和制备等进行研究,但由于缺乏系统的考证,与蔷薇硝的真实原料大相径庭.为明确蔷薇硝为何物,该文通过系统的本草文献梳理,对蔷薇的基原、蔷薇液体制剂、硝分别进行考证,并由此推测蔷薇硝的制法与功效.研究结果表明,蔷薇硝所使用的原料系多花蔷薇Rosa multi-flora Thunb.花所制成的蔷薇露,类似现代的蔷薇花精油,所使用的硝为银硝,类似现代的纳米银.蔷薇硝制备方法简便,具有清热利湿、祛风、消疮、解毒、去热毒、治疗杏癍癣的功效.该文的考证结果可为蔷薇硝的现代开发提供文献支持,并为其他古代文学作品中中医药方的发掘提供借鉴.
Herbalogical Study of QiangWeiXiao Recorded in Dream of the Red Chamber(Hong Lou Meng)
In Dream of the Red Chamber(Hong Lou Meng),Cao Xueqin described a lot about the culture of tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the Qing Dynasty.Many prescriptions were made by himself,involving internal medi-cine,surgery,gynecology,and pediatrics.Among them,QiangWeiXiao is one of the preparations for external use.Although there had been studies on the raw materials and preparation of QiangWeiXiao,they were quite different from the real raw materials of QiangWeiXiao due to lack of systematic research.In order to clarify what QiangWeiXiao is,this paper systematically combed the herb literature,investigated the original plant of rose,rose liquid preparation,and Xiao respectively,and thus speculated the preparation method and efficacy of QiangWeiXiao.The research results showed that the raw material used for QiangWeiXiao was the flowers of Rosa multiflora Thunb.,which was similar to modern rose essential oil made from Rosa multiflora Thunb.,and the Xiao used was Yinxiao,which is similar to mod-ern nano silver.The preparation method of QiangWeiXiao is simple and convenient,and it had the effects of clearing away heat and dampness,dispelling wind,eliminating sores,detoxifying,removing heat toxin,and treating pityriasis simplex.The study results of this paper can provide literature support for the modern development of QiangWeiXiao and provide reference for the discovery of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in other ancient literature works.
