OBJECTIVE To conduct a special evaluation and analysis of the use of antibacterial drug prescrip-tions in our hospital,intervene in unreasonable drug use prescriptions,improve the rational rate of prescriptions,and promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS A retrospective survey was conducted to evaluate a total of 2400 outpatient prescriptions and 1163 inpatient records of antimicrobial use in our hospital from January 2021 to Decem-ber 2022.The evaluation results were analyzed.RESULTS In 2021,there were 94 outpatient prescriptions and in-patient medical records for irrational use of antibiotics,accounting for 5.55%of the total number of prescriptions and medical records extracted;In 2022,there were a total of 67 outpatient prescriptions and inpatient medical records for irrational use of antibiotics,accounting for 3.58%of the total prescriptions and medical records extracted.Compared with 2021,the unreasonable rate of prescriptions and medical records decreased by 2.03%in 2022,and the qualified rate of prescription medical orders significantly increased.CONCLUSION After pre-audit,manual intervention by pharmacists,and administrative management measures,the irrational use of antibiotics in our outpatient and inpatient special evaluation of antibiotics has decreased.However,there are still irrational use phenomena,and it is necessary to continue to strengthen intervention management and continuously improve clinical rational use.
