Clinical Application and Rationality Analysis of Carbapenem Antibiotics in a Hospital
OBJECTIVE To explore the changes in clinical application of carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital from 2021 to 2022,and to provide references for the reasonable use and management of antibiotics.METHODS The data originating from the DDDs and AUD of various carbapenem antibiotics,and of various departments respec-tively,consultation rates,and microbial testing rates in our hospital was collected from 2021 to 2022,and then com-parative analysis was made correspondingly.RESULTS Compared with 2021,the DDDs and AUD of carbapenem antibiotics and varieties had significantly decreased,with that of most departments had also decreased to different de-grees.The overall consultation situation of the hospital had increased,approaching 98％,except for a few departments not meeting the standards.The pre-medication microbial detection rate of the entire hospital was close to 96％,signif-icantly exceeding 80％,and detection rates of most departmentsare were controlled within the national prescribed range.CONCLUSION The use of carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital is relatively rational,basically meeting the national standard.We will continue to strengthen the management of carbapenem antibiotics in specialized archives,gradually improve effective measures and long-term work mechanisms for clinical application management of these medicines,and continuously improve the ability and management of antibiotics clinical application.
