Evaluation of the Effect of PDCA Cycle Method in Quality Management of Dispensing Machines
OBJECTIVE PDCA cycle was used to improve the efficiency of dispensing machine.METHODS PDCA cycle was used to find out the factors affecting the efficient operation of the dispensing machine,and then the rectification was carried out,and it was included in the monthly quality management to improve the operating efficien-cy of the dispensing machine.RESULTS The main factors affecting the operation efficiency of dispensing machine were personnel working at will,machine failure,illumination and temperature and humidity in the environment and drug specification change.The operating efficiency of dispensing machine was improved by environment optimization,drug replacement,machine maintenance,system formulation and personnel training,and personnel training,the num-ber of dispensing varieties increased by 35％,the total amount of dispensing increased by 46.45％,and the dispen-sing errors decreased by 53.43％.CONCLUSION PDCA method can improve the operation efficiency of dispen-sing machine and help the management of dispensing machine.
