OBJECTIVE To ensure the safety of intravenous infusion medication through the application of infu-sion label waming signs.METHODS The characteristics of drug use in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of our hospital were collected and summarized,and warning signs such as[*][avoid][low][chong][fine][pres-ent]were designed to warn on the original infusion label information.RESULTS The application of waming signs on infusion labels can effectively avoid or reduce errors and ensure the quality of infusion.CONCLUSION To im-prove the safety and effectiveness of intravenous drug use in patients with better protection of drug safety.
