摘要
高效液相色谱特征图谱技术具有整体性的特点,与中药复杂的化学成分特征相符,已被国内外公认为中药质量控制的良好方法之一,是表征中药制剂质量和保证中药制剂临床疗效的重要手段.本文综述了近年高效液相色谱特征图谱技术在中药制剂质量控制中的应用特点,为持续提升中药制剂质控水平提供参考.
Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)characteristic chromatographic technology has the characteristics of integrity.It consistents with the complex chemical composition characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It has been regarded as one of the good methods of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine,as an important means to characterize the quality of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and ensure its clinical effica-cy.In this paper,the application characteristics of HPLC in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine prepa-rations in recent years were reviewed,providing reference for continuous improvement of the quality control level of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
