摘要
干粉吸入剂(DPI)是一种通过肺部给药的制剂,具有生物利用度高、起效快、无首过效应以及无污染等众多优点,在国内外已有多款产品上市销售.干粉吸入剂是吸入制剂的其中一种,属于化学高端制剂,有着巨大的市场潜力.同时其技术壁垒高,开发难度较大,已成为医药行业研究的热点和难点.本文就对干粉吸入剂的辅料研究进展进行归纳和总结,期望为干粉吸入制剂处方开发中辅料的选择提供参考.
Abstract
Dry powder inhalation(DPI)is a preparation that is administered through the lungs.It has many ad-vantages such as high bioavailability,fast onset of action,no first-pass effect,and no pollution.Many products have been marketed at home and abroad.Dry powder inhalation is one of the inhaler preparations,which belongs to the high-end chemical preparations and has huge market potential.At the same time,its high technical barriers and diffi-cult development have become a hot spot and difficulty in pharmaceutical industry research.This paper summarizes the research progress of excipients for Dry powder inhalation,hoping to provide a reference for the selection of excipi-ents in the formulation development of DPI.
