目的 测定小儿感冒颗粒中钙的含量.方法 采用微波消解法消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钙的含量.结果 钙元素的线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.999,仪器精密度和重复性的RSD分别为1.57%、1.16%,加样回收率为92.5%~101%,78 批小儿感冒颗粒中钙含量参照拟定的限度,12 批样品不合格,不合格率为15.4%.结论 该方法可以准确的测定小儿感冒颗粒中钙的含量,为完善该药品的质量标准提供参考.
Determination of Calcium Content in Xiao'er GanMao Granules by Flame Atomic Spectrometry
OBJECTIVE To establish flame atomic spectrometry method for the determination of calcium in Xi-ao'er GanMao Granules.METHODS The samples were digested by microwave digestion,Calcium content was de-termined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.RESULTS The linear relationship of calcium was good,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999,the relative standard deviations of precision and repeatability were 1.57%and 1.16%,the recoveries were 92.5%-101%,according to the proposed limit,12 batches of sample ware unqualified in 78 batches of Xiao'er GanMao granules,the unqualified rate was 15.4%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate and can be used to determine the content of calcium in Xiao'er GanMao Granules,to provide reference for improving the quality standard of Xiao'er GanMao Granules.
