Exploring the Medication Rule for Li Yuqing's Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on Data Mining
OBJECTIVE To explore the medication rule for Li Yuqing's treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)and to summarize the clinical experience and academic concept of director Li Yuqing in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.METHODS The clinically compliant prescriptions were collected and entered into an Excel ta-ble to establish a database,which was imported into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System for the analysis of medicine utilization.RESULTS A total of 280 prescriptions and 188 traditional Chinese medicines were collected in this study,the medicine used more than 100 times were:Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Cyperus rotundus,Longspur epimedium and Red peony.These Chinese medicines were mainly in the category of tonic for deficiency,four properties were mainly warm,five flavors were mainly sweet,channel tropisms were mostly attributed to Liver Meridian,Spleen Meridian,Heart Meridian,Kidney Meridian and Lung Meridi-an.According to the association rule analysis,the most commonly used drug association is Angelica sinensis-Cyperus rotundus.According to the cluster analysis,the core combination of high-frequency drugs is Atractylodes macrocepha-la-Codonopsis pilosula-Longspur epimedium-Astragalus memeranaceus-Rhizoma atractylodis-Rhizoma alisma-tis.CONCLUSION In the process of treating PCOS,the treatment of director Li Yuqing based on syndrome differ-entiation,which realizes individualized treatment,deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,looking into both its roots cause and symptoms,healing flexibly according to the syndrome types of different patients,the different menstru-al periods,the different sizes and whether there is a need for fertility.
