Application of Sub-anesthesia dose of Esketamine for Improving Early Postoperative Depression in Patients with Breast Cancer
OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of continuous infusion of sub-anesthesia dose of esketamine in improving early postoperative depression of patients with breast cancer.METHODS 62 fe-male patients with breast cancer, aged 35-73 years,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022,were randomly divided into observation group(Group K)and control group(Group C)with 42 cases in each group.Using patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after surgery for 48 hours both the two groups,Group K:the for-mula contained sufentanil 2.6 μg·kg-1,tropisetron 10 mg,and esketamine 0.2 mg·kg-1 were added to a certain amount of physiological saline and diluted to 100 mL.Group C:The analgesic pump formula contained the same pain relief regimen as Group K,except for the absence of esketamine.Observe the visual analgesic score(VAS)at 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during analgesia, use the Self Rating De-pression Scale(SDS)and 24 item Hamilton Depression Scale(HDRS)to evaluate the depression scores of the two groups on the first day before surgery(T0),the third day after surgery(T3),the fifth day after surgery(T5),and the seventh day after surgery(T7).RESULTS Compared with Group C,the VAS at 12,24,and 48 hours were signifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions during the analgesic period was significantly lower(P<0.05),the depression scores of SDS and HDRS at T3,T5,and T7 after surgery were significantly lower(P<0.05)in Group K.CONCLUSION Continuous pumping of sub-anesthesia dose of esketamine can effectively improve the early postoperative depression of patients with breast cancer and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during an-algesia,this method is worthy of clinical application.
