"4+7"带量采购政策对某院胰岛素类药物的使用情况分析

摘要
目的 对比"4 +7"带量采购前后门诊胰岛素使用相关数据,分析带量采购政策对胰岛素使用的影响以及经济效应,为完善政策提供数据支撑.方法 通过数字化医院信息管理系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)调取带量采购政策实施前后同期门诊胰岛素的价格、使用量、销售金额、用药频度(Dynamic Delegation Discovery System,DDDs)、日均费用(Defined Daily Cost,DDC)等数据,进行统计分析整理出降幅、估计节省费用等评价指标.结果 所有的胰岛素价格降幅为9.36%至71.81%,使用量下降9.55%,销售金额降低135.5 万余元,不同胰岛素之间DDDs差距缩小,估计半年节省药费94.79 万余元.结论 胰岛素带量采购后,中标胰岛素联动非中标胰岛素降价,使日均费用大幅下降,减轻了糖尿病患者与医保的负担.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Comparing the data of insulin use in the outpatient department before and after the"4 +7"volume procurement,this paper analyzes the impact of the volume procurement policy on insulin use and its e-conomic effects.METHODS Through the HIS,the price,usage,sales amount,DDDs and DDC of insulin in outpa-tient department during the same period before and after the implementation of volume procurement policy were ob-tained,and the evaluation indexes such as decrease amplitude and estimated cost were analyzed.RESULTS The price of all insulin decreased by 9.36%to 71.81%,the usage decreased by 9.55%,the sales value decreased by 1.355 million yuan,the gap between different insulin DDDs narrowed,and it was estimated that the drug cost saved by 947,900 yuan in half a year.CONCLUSION After the volume procurement of insulin,the bidding insulin linked to the price reduction of the non-bidding insulin,as a result,average daily cost was drastically reduced,the burden of diabetics and health insurance is taken off.
