Analysis of Irrational Use of Antineoplastic Drugs in Intravenous Admixture Center of our Hospital
OBJECTIVE To analyze the irrational use of antineoplastic drugs in the dispensing center of intra-venous drugs in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical antineoplastic intravenous drug use,promote clini-cal rational use of drugs,and ensure the safety of drug use for tumor patients.METHODS 10098 anti-tumor drug orders from intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital in 2022 were analyzed statistically based on drug in-structions and related literature.RESULTS In 2022,there were 10098 orders of intravenous drug dispensing center in our hospital,of which 87 were unreasonable,the irrational use of antineoplastic drugs in intravenous drug dispen-sing center mainly included solvent error(40.23%),unreasonable dosage(29.89%),unreasonable administration order(18.39%)and unreasonable administration time(11.49%).CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the irrational use of antineoplastic drugs and the management of antineoplastic drug solvent in the dispensing center of intravenous drugs in our hospital,at the same time,pharmacists should strictly review the doctors advice to minimize the irrational use of drugs.
