Adverse Drug Reactions Analysis Report of a Hospital in 2021~2022
OBJECTIVE To analyze the adverse drug reaction analysis reports of our hospital from 2021 to 2022,in order to improve the development of ADR monitoring and provide reference for the drug safety of pa-tients.METHODS Adverse drug reaction reports of our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were collected and analyzed statistically according to the basic situation of patients,routes of administration,varieties of drugs,types of adverse re-actions,severity,whether they were in the new drug monitoring period,occupation of the reporter,etc.RESULTS Among the 549 cases reported,306 cases(55.74%)were reported by doctors.The number of female and male cases is similar;There were 211 cases(38.43%)of adverse drug reactions in people aged 50-65 years.The most adverse drug reactions were caused by intravenous infusion,298 cases(54.28%).The number of adverse reactions of antitu-mor drugs was the first,87 cases(15.85%).The skin and its appendages were the most damaged,136 cases(24.77%),among which the most serious cases were blood system damage,74 cases(13.48%).The most adverse reactions occurred in new drug carrilizumab,11 cases(34.38%).CONCLUSION Through regular training and publicity,the awareness of active monitoring of ADR among all medical staff in the hospital can be improved.Focus on strengthening the ADR monitoring of middle-aged and elderly patients,anti-tumor drugs,and new drugs during the monitoring period to ensure the safety of drug treatment for patients.
