Study on Preparation Technology of KuShen ZhiYang Cream
OBJECTIVE To optimize and establish the preparation process of KuShen ZhiYang Cream.METHODS Use water boiling method,choose the amount of water,soak time,and decoction time as the in-vestigation factor,take the extraction yield as the evaluation indicator,and use the L9(34)orthogonal test to prefer the extraction conditions;Based on the amount of oil phase,the amount of medicine,and the amount of emulsifiers as the independent variable,design the response surface test of the KuShen ZhiYang Cream preparation process to deter-mine the best preparation conditions.RESULTS The best preparation process was as follow:the medicinal materials were soaked for 240 min,extracted with 10 times of extraction solvent,120 min each time.KuShen ZhiYang Cream with oil content10%(g·g-1),the drug loading2.5%(g·g-1),emulsifier dosage 6%(g·g-1),the quality and properties of KuShen ZhiYang Cream were the best.CONCLUSION This new preparation technology is simple,stable and feasible,and the model prediction function is good,which can provide reference for the development and industrial scale-up production of new Chinese medicines.
