Effects of the Powder of Broken Ganoderma Spores on Immunity of Mice
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the powder of broken Ganoderma spores on immune functions of mice.METHODS ICR male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, three treatment groups(0.165,0.33,0.99 g·kg-1)and a blank control group. After 30 days of intragastric administration, the mice were tested for various im-munological indicators.RESULTS Compared with Control group, there were significant differences in the delayed type allergic reactions induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)(P<0.05,P<0.01)between the high and me-dium dose groups;Meanwhile, the high dose group could promote the activity of NK cells.CONCLUSION Gano-derma lucidum spore powder can enhance DNFB-induced delayed allergic reaction, and has an effect on the cellalar immune function of mice.At the sametime,it can promote the activity of NK cells and help enhance the immune phagocytosis function of mice.
