摘要

目的 采用气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(GC-MS/MS),建立了同时测定泉州本地姜黄中35 种农药残留的分析方法.方法 优化样品前处理,对目标化合物的质谱参数优化,引入环氧七氯B内标法提高实验的稳定性.结果 35 种农药成分在10~500 ng·mL-1 浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0050~0.0250(mg·kg-1),定量限为0.0125~0.0750(mg·kg-1),样品3 水平添加回收试验的平均回收率范围在84.14%~106.21%,相对标准偏差范围为3.98%~10.57%.结论 该方法可以快速测定姜黄类药材中35 种农药残留量,且简单、灵敏、稳定、准确.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 35 pesticide residues in Turmeric from Quanzhou by Gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).METHODS The pretreatment of samples was optimized,the mass spectrum parameters of target compounds were optimized,and the internal standard method of Heptachlor B was introduced to improve the experimental stability.RESULTS The 35 pesticides showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10-500 ng·mL-1.The detection limit was 0.005-0.0250(mg·kg-1),and the quantitative limit was 0.0125-0.0750(mg·kg-1).The average recovery of sample 3 was 84.14%-106.21%,and the RSD was 3.98%-10.57%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,sensitive,stable and accurate for the rapid determination of 35 pesticide residues in Turmeric.
