高效液相色谱-电喷雾检测器法同时测定心荣颗粒的多种成分

目的 建立高效液相色谱-电雾式检测器法同时测定心荣颗粒中黄芪甲苷、麦冬皂苷D、地黄苷D、五味子醇甲、芍药苷、桂皮醛的含量.方法 色谱柱为Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相以甲醇(A)-0.1%乙酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1 mL·min-1,进样量10 μL.电喷雾检测器的雾化器温度为35℃,检测频率为10 Hz.结果 黄芪甲苷、麦冬皂苷D、地黄苷D、五味子醇甲、芍药苷、桂皮醛在本文浓度范围内均呈良好线性关系,且平均加样回收率分别为黄芪甲苷98.9%(RSD为0.8%,n =9)、麦冬皂苷D 98.4%(RSD为1.4%,n =9)、地黄苷D98.7%(RSD为1.4%,n =9)、五味子醇甲99.4%(RSD为0.7%,n =9)、芍药苷100.1%(RSD为0.9%,n =9)、桂皮醛101.3%(RSD为0.6%,n =9).结论 该方法可用于心荣颗粒中黄芪甲苷、麦冬皂苷D、地黄苷D、五味子醇甲、芍药苷、桂皮醛的含量测定.
Simultaneous Determination of Several Constituents in XinRong Granules by HPLC-CAD
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-CAD method for simultaneously determination the contents of Astragaloside IV,Ophiopogonin D,Rehmannioside D,Schizandrin,Paeoniflorin,Cinnamaldehyde in XinRong gran-ules.METHODS The analysis was conducted on the Atlantis PREMIER BEH C18(4.6×250 mm,5 μm),which maintained at 35℃column temperature,methanol(a)-0.1%acetic acid aqueous solution(b)was the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode while the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the nebulization temperature of the detector was 35℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS The linear ranges of Astragaloside IV,Ophiopogonin D,Rehmannioside D,Schizandrin,Paeoniflorin,Cinnamaldehyde were good.The average recoveries of the six compo-nents were 98.9%,98.4%,98.7%,99.4%,100.1%,101.3%;and the RSD were 0.8%,1.4%,1.4%,0.7%,0.9%,0.6%respectively.CONCLUSION The method can be used for the determination of XinRong granules.
