Determination of Diester Alkaloids in ShuJin XiaoZhong Powder by Uler-aviolet Visible Spectrophotometry
OBJECTIVE Establish the limit method of diester alkaloids in ShuJin XiaoZhong pow-der.METHODS Determination of absorbance of the aconitine solution and the test solution at 520 nm and calcu-late the content of diester alkaloids in the test solution adoption of ulteraviolet visible spectrophotometry and modified hydroxylamine hydrochloride-iron perchlorate color process.RESULTS There was a good linearity within the limit of aconitine during 23.1-231.0 μg·mL-1.The equation of regression was A = 0.00705C + 0.000134,r = 0.999891.The average recovery of aconitine was 92.42%,RSD =1.20%(n =9).The limits of diester alkaloids in 10 batches of ShuJin XiaoZhong powder were 0.131%,0.065%,0.077%,0.117%,0.108%,0.081%,0.097%,0.122%,0.103%,0.092%according to aconitine respectively.CONCLUSION The established method is sim-ple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It is suitable for the determination of diester alkaloids in ShuJin XiaoZhong powder.
