摘要

辅酶Q10 是线粒体呼吸链的重要电子载体和抗氧化成分,广泛存在于人体细胞中,有多方面的功能,它的缺乏与很多疾病密切相关.本文综述了近些年来药品、膳食补充剂以及生物样品中辅酶Q10 的主要检测方法.包括辅酶Q10 的提取和样品制备,主要测定方法如HPLC-UV、HPLC-MS/MS、HPLC-ECD、HPLC-FL、HPLC-CL、分光光度法、荧光法、电化学检测法等,另外还介绍了氧化型和还原型辅酶Q10 的同时测定,总结了各种分析方法的特点和应用.

Abstract

Coenzyme Q10 is an important electron carrier and antioxidant component of mitochondrial respiratory chain.It widely exists in human cells and has many functions.Its lack is closely related to many diseases.This paper reviews the main detection methods of coenzyme Q10 in drugs,dietary supplements and biological samples in recent years.Including the extraction and sample preparation of coenzyme Q10,the main determination methods such as HPLC-UV,HPLC-MS/MS,HPLC-ECD,HPLC-FL,HPLC-CL,spectrophotometry,fluorescence,electrochemical detec-tion,etc.In addition,the simultaneous determination of oxidized and reduced coenzyme Q10 was introduced,and the characteristics and applications of various analysis methods were summarized.
