Effect Analysis of Multi-measure Control on the Intensity of Antibacterial Drug Use in Hospital
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of multi-measure management of rational use of antibiotics in hospitals on reducing the intensity of use of antibiotics(AUD)in hospitals,and to provide practical basis for formu-lating antibiotic management measures in our hospital or other hospitals in the future.METHODS Retrospective study was used to analyze the intensity of antibiotic use and the incidence of nosocomial infection in our hospital be-fore and after multi-measure control.RESULTS After the control of several measures,the intensity of antimicrobial use in the second half of 2022 decreased significantly compared with the first half of 2022,and there was a statistical difference in the nosocomial infection rate.Meanwhile,clinicians paid more attention to the rational use of antimicro-bial drugs in hospitals.CONCLUSION The use of antibiotics in our hospital has been standardized through multi-measure control,so that the use of antibiotics has decreased but the nosocomial infection rate has not increased.
