Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Chemotherapy in Malnutrition Cancer Patients
OBJECTIVE To explore the occurrence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy in malnutrition cancer patients, and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions of chemothera-py.METHODS A retrospective analysis method was used to extract and count 49 cases of cancer patients with nu-tritional deficiency and chemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria from July 2018 to June 2020.A total of 109 cy-cles of chemotherapy was performed. The general clinical characteristics and adverse reactions to chemotherapy of these patients'types and incidences, incidences of myelosuppression by different chemotherapy regimens, and inci-dences of myelosuppression by different nutritional support programs were compared and analyzed.RESULTS For patients with undernourished tumors, they could occur at all ages.Digestive system tumors were the most com-mon.Adverse reactions of oral mucositis, nausea, vomiting, and bone marrow suppression were the most common. The incidence of suppression of severe bone marrow of white blood cells and neutrophils was higher, and the incidence of severe myelosuppression of the three-drug combination chemotherapy regimen was higher. The overall incidence of myelosuppression of gemcitabine + platinum and the incidence of severe myelosuppression of etoposide + platinum were higher than those of other two-drug regimens.Nutritional support had a limited effect on reducing the incidence of bone marrow suppression.CONCLUSION Patients with malnutrition tumors have a higher and heavier incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions.Reasonably choose a low-toxic chemotherapy regimen to standardize the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tract and bone marrow suppression.
