Analysis of 40 Cases of Limb Pain Induced by Piracetam Sodium Chloride Injection
OBJECTIVE To understand the characteristics of limb pain induced by piracetam sodium chloride injection,and to explore the causes and treatment of ADR.METHODS 40 cases of limb pain caused by piracetam sodium chloride injection were statistically analyzed.RESULTS It was found that 22 cases of infusion limb pain ac-counted for 55.00%,9 cases of injection site pain and 9 cases of infusion site pain accounted for 22.50%.CONCLUSION Local limb pain caused by the use of piracetam sodium chloride injection is common and belongs to a new ADR.Patients'medication experience can be improved by slowing down the infusion speed or switching to non-enlivening needle.It is suggested to modify and improve the instruction manual to provide references for safe and rational clinical drug use.
