Application and Effect Analysis of Automatic Intelligent Medicine Cabinet in Neurological Ward
OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of automatic intelligent medicine cabinet in neurolog-ical ward,and to provide references for the establishment of information-based drug management mode.METHODS Compare the use data of intelligent medicine cabinet before and after application,and analyze the application effect of automatic intelligent medicine cabinet in neurological ward.RESULTS After the application of intelligent medi-cine cabinet,the time of pharmacists dispensed drugs,nurses' implementation of doctors' orders and drug repercus-sion were shortened obviously(P<0.05).The frequency of dispensing was less significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of drug repercussion(P>0.05).In terms of safety,the intelligent medi-cine cabinet effectively reduced the errors related to taking medicine(P<0.00),and did not increase the errors of administering medication.In terms of satisfaction,the overall satisfaction rate of nurses and pharmacists to intelligent medicine cabinet reached 93.18%.In terms of cost,the total saving cost are 6945.72(5556.57-8272.49)Yuan/month.CONCLUSION The application of automatic intelligent medicine cabinet can optimize the medicine man-agement mode in ward,improve the work efficiency of medical staff,ensure the timeliness of medication for critically ill patients.
