摘要

目的 观察肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在氧糖剥夺(OGD)激活的BV-2 细胞中的表达及依达拉奉对其的影响.方法 将体外培养的BV-2 细胞随机分为Control组、OGD组和依达拉奉预处理+OGD组.应用Western Blot和免疫荧光双染色等技术检测RAS相关蛋白ATO、ACE、AT1 的表达.结果 与Control组相比,OGD组中ATO、ACE、AT1 表达水平明显增高,依达拉奉干预后ATO、ACE、AT1 的表达水平显著降低,并有统计学意义.结论 依达拉奉能抑制OGD诱导的BV-2 细胞中RAS相关分子的表达.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the expression of renin-angiotensin system(RAS)in BV-2 cells activated by oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD)and the effect of edaravone on it.METHODS BV-2 cells cultured in vitro were randomly divided into Control group,OGD group and edaravone pretreatment+OGD group.The expression lev-els of RAS-related proteins(ATO,ACE and AT1)were detected by Western Blot and immunofluorescence stai-ning.RESULTS Compared with the Control group,the expression levels of ATO,ACE,and AT1 were significantly increased in the OGD group,while those were significantly reduced after edaravone intervention.RESULTS were statistically significant.CONCLUSION Edaravone can inhibit the expression of RAS system-related molecules in OGD-induced BV-2 cells.
