Simultaneous Determination of 6 Flavonoids in QingRe GanMao Granules by HPLC
OBJECTIVE In this study,a simple method was established for simultaneous determination of 6 fla-vonoids including rutin,luteolin,quercetin,apigenin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in the QingRe GanMao Granules by HPLC.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.4%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(A)and acetonitrile(B).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 360nm.RESULTS The curves of 6 target compo-nents showed a good linearity within their own ranges(r≥0.9997).In addition,the method recoveries were 95.4%-101.1%(RSD≤3.01%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,and convenient for the quality control of QingRe GanMao Granules.
